He was predeceased by: his parents, Lynden Williams and Lyle T. Nelson; his siblings, Kevin Williams, Steve Williams, Judy Mellor and Keith Williams; his sons, Lyle Barry Nelson, Jr. and Levi David Nelson; and his sister-in-law Mitzi Nelson (Stuart).
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Nelson; his daughters, Linda Jo Sampson (Jason) and Erin Fuller (Elwin); his grandchildren, Luke Nelson, Kirsten Bou (Cameron), Makayla Sampson, Nolan Sampson, Kerin Fuller, Ella Fuller and Naomi Fuller; and his brother Stuart Nelson.
