She is survived by: her husband Woodward Hartley of Andrew's Cathedral; her sons, Dane Hartley (Donna) and Wray Hartley (Vonzel); her grandchildren, Tavia Hartley and Daniel; her caregivers, Brooke Hartley, Renee Hartley, Jasmine Hartley, Anthony Hartley and Janille Hartley; and her great grandchildren, Maryann Mercado, Judah Samms, Sephora McIntosh, Delilah Jose, Makedah Samms, Jakobe Jose, Aviva Hartley and Addisah Samms.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Heritage Funeral and Cremation Service (4601 E Moody Blvd, Bunnell, FL 32110).
