Patricia left this world on May 30, 2025 at the age of 73, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She is survived by: her husband Thomas; her daughters, Keri Barnwell (David) and Holly McCracken; and her siblings, Linda Bacon (Dave) and Earl Cloud (Fran). She is also survived by grandchildren, her treasured great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral & Cremation Service (4601 E Moody Blvd, Bunnell, FL 32110). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the same location.
