He was predeceased by: his parents, James Donohue and Eunice Donohue. He is survived by: his wife Tamara; his stepchildren, Jenna Starvaggi (Paul) of Weirton, WV and Eric Mackey (Sarah) of Weirton, WV.; his grandson Tyler Starvaggi; his mother-in-law Barbara Hixenbaugh; his brother James Donohue (Pam); and his sibling's children, James Donohue (Jan Lynn) and Deanna Sentipal (Joe).
PJ will be cremated per his wishes, he requested any donations in his memory please be made to the ALS Association in hopes of finding a cure for this disease.
