He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Young and Tina De Young. He is survived by: his wife Melody; his siblings, Kris and Tom; and his children, Heather Mellema (Scott), Chad DeYoung (Bobbi), Candice Lesnau (Mike) and Kimberly DeYoung.
