He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his sons, Chris (Stacy Moss), Jeff and Michael (Hannah Smothers); and his grandchildren, Cody Moss, Jace Smothers, Harper Smothers and Kade Jolee (KJ). He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
