He is survived by: his sons, Bobby Rush (Ashlee) of Seville and Eric Rush (Kayla) of Bunnell; his grandchildren, Harper, Kadlee and Easton Rush; and his siblings, Rick, Cindy, Pete, Bill, Tom and Margaret. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
