He was predeceased by : his parents, James Parks and Doris Parks. He is survived by : his wife Sandra Parks of Bushnell, Florida; his children, Jonathan Parks (Brandie) of Bushnell, Florida and Stephanie Moffitt (James) of Webster, Florida; his grandchildren, Ethan, Lucas Parks of Bushnell, Alana and Tyler Moffitt of Webster, Florida; and his siblings, Susie Holland (Roy) of Lake Wales, Florida and Don Parks (Carol) of Clermont, Florida..
