He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Wallace; and his wife Leona Tillman. He is survived by: his children, Charles Wallace Jr., Raymond Charles Wallace, Gregory Willie Wallace (Olga) and Jacqueline Laverne Wallace; his sisters, Shirley Bell and Gladys McIntyre; and his siblings-in-law, Arthur Shorter (Gwendolyn) and Roberta Mitchell. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
The military honors will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Florida National Cemetery (6502 SW 102nd Ave, Bushnell, FL 33513).
