He is survived by: his stepchildren, Morgan Fleenor (Edna) and Terry Scott; his caregiver Shanna Acres; his sons, Jeffrey and Jason; his siblings, Dave Eggers (Carol) of Avon, Marjorie Pullin (Patrick) of Wichita Falls, Texas and Mary Ann Rucktaeschel of Wagner; Curtis Fleenor, Debra Wood and Sandra Dentmon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
