He was predeceased by: his mothers, Dorothy Kirkland and Katie Sue Elmore; and his brothers, Joey Lively and Chuck Lively. He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Lively of Bushnell; his children, Kayla Lively of Bushnell, Florida. and Stetson Lively of Bushnell, Florida.; his grandchildren, Tristen Ellis and Logen Ellis of Port Charlotte, Florida.; his brother Mike Lively (Jill) of Griffin, Georgia.; his parents-in-law, Peanut and Darlene Fussell of Bushnell, Florida.; and his siblings-in-law, Wayne Fussell (Alicia) of Bushnell, Florida., Tina Pitts (Scott) of Bushnell and Sunshine Stevens (Jason) of Bushnell.
