He was predeceased by: his father James Nicholson. He is survived by: his mother Connie Nicholson of Xenia, Ohio; his close friend Billy Dunn of Bushnell, Florida; and his children, Chastity Nicholson of Nebraska and Logan Nicholson of Lutz, Florida.
