He was predeceased by: his brother Carlton Cyphers. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Joseph Cyphers Jr. (Katy), Mandy Cyphers, Angela Cyphers, Jennifer Dufour and Charles Dilaurenzio; and his sibling Allison Rand (Harvey).
The military honors will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Florida National Cemetery (6502 SW 102nd Ave, Bushnell, FL 33513).
