Smith; his daughters, Tammy Kirby (John) and Cindy Clausen (Brad); and his grandchildren, Anthony, Christina, Catherine (Scott), Daniel, Steven, Breanna, Brett, Josh, Monica (Keith), Brian, Nick (Vanessa) and Jake. He is also survived by Numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
