He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Kiley and Ella Boudreaux Kiley. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lu; his children, Tracy Allison Kiley, Bevin Kiley Strickland (Michael) and Richard Jay Kiley (Sarai); his grandchildren, Michael William Strickland, Jr. and Kiley Louise Strickland; his brother Darryl Blaise Kiley; and his half-sister Laura Kiley Simone.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 9th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Heath Funeral Chapel (328 S Ingraham Ave, Lakeland, FL 33801). A Mass will be held on Tuesday, November 10th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (210 W Lemon St, Lakeland, FL 33815). A burial will be held on Tuesday, November 10th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Florida National Cemetery (6502 SW 102nd Ave, Bushnell, FL 33513).
