She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleo Vaughn and Annie Bell Vaughn; her husband Stephen Jackson; her children, Jerry Jackson, Tony Jackson, Mike Jackson and Debbie (Robert Lloyd); her stepdaughter Sherry Dunn; her son-in-law Buddy Crews; her grandsons, Tony Jackson and Joe Jackson; and her siblings, Marshall Vaughn, Wynna Sliverling, Barbara Bennett and Patsy Nelson.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Crews, Tammy Hemmingway (Scott) and Stephen Jackson (April); her stepdaughter Wanda Mitchell; her siblings, Donald Vaughn, Kerry Vaughn (Judy) and Pauline Geer; and her grandchildren, Lisa King (Jason), Dawn James, Tommy Wilkerson, Jason Jackson, Carol Bostic, Leslie Jones (Ricky), Kristen Jackson, Bo Crews (Kristie), Casie Price (Chase), Jordan Hemmingway, Kaitlin Prescott (Adam), Stephen Jackson and Justin Jackson (Savannah). She is also survived by 19 great grandchildren; 8 great-great grandchildren; and numerous nephews and nieces.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM. A celebration of life will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Rehoboth Christian Fellowship (4108 GA-252, Folkston, GA 31537).
