He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Samuel Williams and Dora Mae Willover Williams; and his siblings, Kenneth Gould, Eva Gould Bender, Gertrude Gould Pickering, Thelma Williams Gayhart and Velma Williams Montgomery.

He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Williams; his children, Tammy Johnson, Tim Williams and Terry Williams (Mary Beth); his grandchildren, Andi Fisher-Williams (Cody), Morgan Mau, Anna Williams, Kyla Johnson, Nicole Johnson, Christopher Johnson, Tristen Williams and Isabella Williams; his great grandchild Emrie Mau; and his siblings, Donald Williams (Joyce), Robert Williams (Jean) and Carol Gayhart.
