She was predeceased by: her mother Dolly; and her siblings, Pattie, Sue and Mike. She is survived by: her father Joe Schneider; her children, Jeremy LaTraverse (Andrea), Joel LaTraverse and Amy Nicholson (Ben); and her siblings, Kelly, Karl, Lynne, Terrie and Joe. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and many nephews, nieces.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Nassau Funeral Home (541720 US-1, Callahan, FL 32011). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
In Kathy's courageous battle with Parkinson's and lung cancer, she remained steadfast in her mission to make others happy, leaving behind a legacy of kindness and love.
