She was predeceased by: her parents, George L. Tyler and Louise C. Tyler; her husband Burton Mears, Sr.; her son Burton Mears, Jr.; and her siblings, Patricia "Patsy" Ann Tyler, Linda Tyler McVea and William Albert Tyler.
She is survived by: her daughters, Amanda Robertson (Craig) and Michelle Osborne; her grandchildren, Angela Osborne, Jenna Mears, Nolan Robertson, Brody Robertson and Leila Robertson; her great grandchildren, Shelby Mears and Gabriel Mears; and her sisters, Doris Tyler Swann and Deborah Tyler Roberson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Adams Funeral Home Chapel (18034 Main St N, Blountstown, FL 32424). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
