He was predeceased by: his father Charles E. Tucker; and his stepfather James David "Bud" Parker. He is survived by: his daughter Alexis Hare; his mother Cherrie L. Hare Parker of Crestview, FL; his siblings, Malcolm Parker (Linda) of Crestview, FL, Eric Parker (Aurora) of Niceville, FL, Stanley Parker of Crestview, FL, Brian Parker of Hudson, FL and Shirley Roberts (Joe); and his aunts, Pearline Oliver (Jimmy) and Virginia Owens. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other beloved relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Macedonia M. B. Church (717 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Panama City, FL 32401). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
