She was predeceased by: her siblings, Morris Sorey and Charlie Sorey. She is survived by: her siblings, Johnny Sorey of Norma, FL and Dorothy "Dot" Sorey (Ben); and her aunts and uncles, Willie James Bowden, Quinton Sorey (Mary Alice), Elnora Sorey of Campbellton, FL and Annie Bell Sorey of Campbellton, FL. She is also survived by nieces, nephew, cousins and friends.
