He is survived by : his wife Estelle Barkley of Tahoe, VA; and his children, Willa B. McKinnie of Campbellton, FL, Moses Barkley Jr. (Betty) of Campbellton, FL, Tanner Jerome Barkley (Sherry) of Columbus, GA, Patricia McCullough of Atlanta, GA, Donna Hixon of Jacksonville, FL and Quintin Barkley (Sharonetta) of Tahoe, VA. He is also survived by grands, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
