She was predeceased by: her parents, Artwell Hamby and Marie Hamby; and her husband Julius Fred Thompson. She is survived by: her son Terry Thompson (Pamela); her grandchildren, Elizabeth Naylor (Bradley) and Mark Thompson (Meghan); her sister Apsie Poe Harper; and her niece Pamela. She is also survived by grandchildren.
