He is survived by: his wife Earlene Burnham; his daughters, Donna Burnham and Linda Collinsworth; his siblings, Donnie Burnham (Jeanie), Charles Burnham (Vicky) and David Burnham; his grandchildren, Cathy Lingo (Bobby), Crystal Wass (Tyler), Jean Wells (John) and Devin Collinsworth (Cheyanne); and his great grandchildren, Gibson, Callem, Aubrey, Aubree, Ambrea, Ana, Tenley and Quinn. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
