She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Ernest Coleman and Dean Jones. She is survived by: her significant other Chuck Ketterman; her parents, Sherry Pitts (Mark) and Ron Jones (Yenny); her siblings, Taylor Jones, Chelsea Ward, Brittney Ward and Jayden Jones; her grandmother Joyce Coleman; her aunts and uncles, Connie, Rosie, Belinda, Sherry, Paul, Thom, Jerry, Vincent and Terry; and her adoptive parents, Tammy, Craig Ketterman, Lori and Tim Buff.
In place of plants or flowers, donations may also be made in her name to Shriners Hospitals for Children, an organization close to Heather and the family's heart.
