He is survived by : his wife Marsell Huggins Parker of Cantonment, FL; his children, Richard Parker (Karen) of Bay Minette, AL, William "Will" Parker (Onna) of Bay Minette, AL, Rachel Wilson (Jason) of Bay Minette, AL and Genise Parker-Dixson (Lindsey) of Pensacola, FL; his siblings, Leon Parker of Pensacola, FL, Dempsey Parker (Kellie) of Bay Minette, AL, Joe Parker (Alice) of Pensacola, FL and Sheila Cower of Bay Minette, AL; and his grandchildren, Drew, Trace, Malorie, Grayson, Shay, Megan and Waylon.
