He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Floyd Whitehead, Sr. and Marie Driver Whitehead; his siblings, John Robert Whitehead, Jerald Wayne Whitehead and Helen Emerich; and his children, Donald Ray Whitehead Sr. and Patricia Estill.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Davis of Cantonment and Margaret Boyette (Bobby) of Robertsdale, Alabama. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and extended family and special friends.
