She was predeceased by: her father Harold Davis; her siblings, Lawrence Davis, Betty Corson and Joyce Dodsen; and her son-in-law Richard Ward.
She is survived by: her husband Murray Metzger; her sister Phyllis Johnson; her children, David Metzger and Ruth Ward; her daughter-in-law Lynne Metzger; her grandchildren, Michael Metzger, Cory Metzger Mattern and Nicholas Ward; her great grandchildren, Lily Metzger, David Mattern and Isaac Mattern; and her mother Carrie Davis.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at 5820 Montgomery Ave, Pensacola, FL 32526.
