He is survived by: his wife Terri A. Wiggins; his siblings, Jimmie S. Wiggins, Jr. (Debbie), Suzanne Harrelson (Roger) and Nancy Wiggins Rhyne; his sister-in-law Lisa Houts (Steve); and his cousin John. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
