He is survived by: his wife Kathy Clopton Stringer; his sons, Jason Stringer of Cantonment and Johnny Stringer, Jr. of Cantonment; his grandchildren, Dayton Robinson of Cantonment, Clayton Stringer of Cantonment, Aidan Robinson of Cantonment, Talan Robinson of Cantonment, Braydon Stringer of Cantonment and Kataleia Robinson of Cantonment; and his sister Joyce Stringer Hughes (Clyde) of Molino.
