She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Dukette and Veronica Dukette; her siblings, Joan, Barbra and Brian; and her stepson Mitchell.
She is survived by: her husband Joel Glenn Waters; her son Joseph; and her stepdaughters, Sherry, Michelle, Katie and Lindsey. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
Working with the American Cancer Society (ACS), Nancy became a driver taking cancer patients to their chemo treatments and doctor visits.
