She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ira Phillips and Estelle Phillips; her husband Franklin G. Wicker of Cape Coral; her children, Phillip Howard of Greensboro, NC, Dwight Howard (Raquel) of Oak Ridge, NC, Lisa Wicker of Burlington, NC, Michelle Davis of Quakertown, PA and Kimberly Starnes (Charles) of England; and her brother Larry Phillips. She was also cherished by two nephews, six grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
