She is survived by: her daughter Kimberly Slavik (Ken) of Cape Coral; her son-in-law Tom Simon of South Haven, MI; her grandchildren, Rebekah Kerkmaz (Eric), David Myas (Kelli), Stephanie Myas-Donohue (Collin), Jeffrey Slavik (Jen) and Jonathan Slavik (Katie); and her great grandchildren, Arianna Kerkmaz, Elijah Kerkmaz, Isaac Kerkmaz, Joslyn Donohue, Gabriel Donohue, Owen Myas and Zoey Slavik.
