She was predeceased by: her parents, Neil F. Payne and Helen Minton; and her brother David. She is survived by: her husband Lieutenant Colonel Brian J. Conway; her children, Sean Conway (Michele) of Michigan, Kevin Conway (Shelli Avenevoli) of Maryland and Sheila Conway of North Carolina; her siblings, Mary Ellen, Alicia and Chris; her grandchildren, Abigail, Allison, Max and Fiona; her great grandchild Shea; and her close friend Andrea.
