She is survived by: her husband Donald Leon Mikkelsen; her daughter Donna Mikkelsen of Cape Coral, Florida; her daughter-in-law Cindy Mikkelsen of Palm Harbor, Florida; her granddaughters, Megan and Lillian; her niece Shauna Reynolds; and her nephews, James Reynolds (Jeannie), William Lukert (Jen), Robert "Mike" Lukert and Eric Lukert (Kathleen).
