She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Burnell and Pearl Burnell; her husband Carl Madison; and her brothers, Lloyd Bunnell (Sonny) and Roy Bunnell.

She is survived by: her sons, Carl Thomas Madison, Jr. (Carol) of Windsor, CO and Kyle William Madison (Lynda) of Port Charlotte, FL; her sisters, Joan Tassinari (Donald) of Cape Coral, FL and Frances Little; her grandchildren, Kyle W. Madison, II (Danielle) of Bristol, CT, Kala Marie Johnson (Andrew) of Cape Coral, FL and Allen Joseph Beattie, III (Katherine) of Clearwater, FL; and her great grandchildren, Bella and Shane Tobin. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
