He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Hazel Marie (Delong) and Earl H. Welch; his wife Darlene Welch (Sharp); and his children, Cynthia Osterling, Robert H. Welch, Sheri Warfield and Larry G. Welch.

At 2:00 PM inside the Field of Honor Section, active-duty members of the United States Marine Corps will render Military Honors to recognize Bill's contributions to our nation as a member of the Armed Services.
