He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carl B Witmer and Frances Witmer (Sawyer); his wife Linda Witmer (Mabrey); his children, Brooke Witmer of Sterling, Josh Witmer of Janesville, WI and Jason Witmer of Dixon, IL; and his stepdaughter Jessica Love of Sterling. He was also cherished by 6 grandchildren and 3 step-grandchildren.
