She is survived by: her husband Marvin Mathis; her son Chad Vogt (Billie) of Edmond, OK; her brother Gary Crews (Carol) of Taylorville, IL; her stepchildren, Brian Mathis (Tracey) of Rochester, IL, Brad Mathis (Connie) of Ringgold, GA and Kim Nichols (Jeff) of Pawnee, IL.; her nephews, Steven Crews and Michael Crews; her grandchildren, Seth Shipp (Nicole), Garrett Vogt and GraceAnn Vogt; her stepgrandchildren, Austin, Ryan, Evan Mathis, Ashley Pankey (Jonathon), Evan Smith (Hannah), Kamron and Jory Nicholes; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Skylar, Sebastian, Shaylah Shipp, Cashus, Alexander, Dahlia and Lily Smith; and her cousins, Vicki Simpson, Joyce Wisely (Don) and Dale Crews (Janet).
