He was predeceased by: his wife Kathleen Boye; his parents, Loretta Boye and Adolph Boye; his brother Alvin Boye; and his siblings-in-law, John "Dee" Panio, Sr., Lenore and Francine Panio.
He is survived by: his sons, Charles George Boye, Jr. (Vanessa) of Henderson, NV, Robert John Boye (Carmen) of Cape Coral, FL, Christopher Scott Boye (Melissa) of Cape Coral, FL, Richard Joseph Boye (Jaime) of Cape Coral, FL and Michael Edward Boye (Beth) of Cape Coral; his siblings-in-law, Richard Panio of Croton, Joseph Panio (Louise) of Milton, NY and Eleanor Boye; and his grandchildren, Alison, Charles, Amy, Beth, Robert, Danielle, Kaitlyn, Tyler, Anna, Lindsay, Madalyn, Anita, Alexis, Nicklaus, Mason, Drew, Richard, Keana, Adam, Logan, James, Maile and Kainoah. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren and many dear nieces and nephews.
