She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Carrico and Norma Carrico; her siblings, Billy Carrico and Leigh Ann Carrico Lyvers; and her granddaughter Helena Margaret Dunlap.
She is survived by: her husband Rick Perry; her children, Sarah Davis (Corey), Kimberly Perry Dunlap (John), Jessica Perry (Kelly Johnson) and Jamie Perry; and her grandchildren, Gavin, Ren, Addie, Sadie, Kaiden, Rose and Sophie.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Fern Creek Funeral Home (5406 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40291). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
