He is survived by: his wife Jane Ann Giffen Blaney; his brother Dennis Blaney (Carol) of Ashville, Ohio.; his daughters, Lisa Blaney-Gasaway (Mike) of St. James City, Susanne Bretz (Alan) of Bethesda and Michelle Fuller of Bethesda; and his grandchildren, Sebastian, Blaney Stewart, Elsa, Ava Bretz, Mary and Hunter Fuller.
