With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Lee McArthur (Cape Coral, Florida), who passed away on May 10, 2026 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Joan Shane; his stepfather Walter Shane; his father Donald E McArthur; his brothers, Donald J McArthur and George McArthur; and his pets, Maggie and Noah.

He is survived by: his significant other Susan Marie McArthur; his children, Carmen Pecoraro (Cindy), Samantha Ramey (Phillip), Adam McArthur (Ashley), Lindsay Melillo (James) and Heather Walter (Elon); his grandchildren, Atlas and Aria; his parents-in-law, Carmen and Rosalind Santora; his siblings-in-law, Steven Santora (Pamela) and Linda Crandall (Craig); his stepsisters, Lynn Soussou (Sam) and Lisa Levinson (William); and his pet Rozzy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in David's name to the Cape Coral Animal Shelter.
