With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David William Richards in Cape Coral, Florida, who passed away on September 6, 2022 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, David John and Gladys Richards; his wife Joyce; his children, Janice Gruver, Jane Blake (Robert) and David Richards (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Jennifer Gruver, Julie Gruver, Emily Hooks (Blake), Nick Blake, Alex Blake, Taylor Corrigan, Whitney Corrigan, Anna Davis and Nathan Davis; and his great grandchildren, Janah Manning, James Hooks, Carter Hooks and Autumn Woffert.

As a means of celebrating David's life, the family is requesting donations to the Shriner's Children's Hospitals.
