It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah Ann Willis of Cape Coral, Florida, born in Glen Ellyn, Illinois, who passed away on August 22, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Deborah Ann departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Deborah Ann. Though Deborah Ann may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nancy Lorrain Lahman and Richard Thomas Kent. She is survived by: her children, Joshua Willis, Bobby Weigt, Kari Reese, Ryan Weigt and Shawn Weigt; and her siblings, Lynn Stasch, Robin Hanson and Rick Kent. She is also survived by family members and friends.
In honor of Debbie's memory, the family kindly requests that, in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to the Cure Alzheimer's Fund, supporting vital research in the fight against dementia.
