She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Dyson and Elsie Dyson; and her husband Keith Carter. She is survived by: her children, Donna Neail (Jeff) and Keith Carter (Jay); her grandchildren, Olivia and Kinsley; her sister June Dyson-Gorby; and her pet Orion. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, friends.
