He was predeceased by: his son William Thomas Wicklem; and his father William Joseph Wicklem. He is survived by: his mother Eileen; his siblings, Gregory and Lara Forsman; his brother-in-law Mitchell Forsman; and his nephews, Joseph and Jack Forsman.
