She was predeceased by : her parents, Clarence Smith and Melba Wertz; her husband Anthony Mazur; and her daughter Lisa Mazur. She is survived by : her children, Deborah Funston (Edward), Terry Trepanier and Michael Mazur. She is also survived by six grandchildren and three sisters.
