She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Mooney and Geneva Mooney; and her husband Jimmy. She is survived by: her children, Marianne Taylor (Glenn) of Port Charlotte, Elizabeth Chambers (Chris) of Sarasota and James of Ash Fork, AZ; and her stepsons, Lee Jay of St. Petersburg, Larry of Morgantown, WV and Jerry (Julie) of Sun City, AZ. She is also survived by many grandchildren & great grandchildren.

Betty was active with the American Lung Association & was a member of the National Advisory Board.
