He was predeceased by: his parents, James Kohout and Dorothy Kohout. He is survived by: his wife Debra Kohout; his daughters, Cassandra Straub (Christopher), Lindsey Eisenberg and Chelsie Fukuda (Jesse); his brother Jim Kohout (Susan); and his grandchildren, Gavin, Kendra, Chase, Reagan, Eli and Greyson.
